Jacksonville, Fla – On Thursday morning, in front of a record crowd of 12,836 fans, the Jacksonville Icemen took on the Atlanta Gladiators for the annual School Day Hockey game.
In a close-fought battle, Atlanta prevailed with a 5-4 victory over Jacksonville. The Icemen would come back from being a goal down on four occasions to even things up but were unable to get that fifth one to send the game into overtime.
