ROANOKE, Va – Roanoke fans were grateful Saturday night as they celebrated Grateful Dead Night. The Rail Yard Dawgs faced a determined Macon team for a second night. The “Grateful Dawgs” won 3-0, making it a weekend sweep.

Tom Aubrun was in the net for Roanoke, making 26 saves. Brady Heppner, Matt O’Dea, and Mac Jansen all scored for Roanoke. Macon goalie Cody Karpinski made them work for it, stopping 42 of the 45 shots, of a very physical game.
