KNOXVILLE, Tenn – The Knoxville Ice Bears hosted the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs Thursday night, in front of a sold-out crowd.
This was the fourth time these two teams faced off within the week. Due to suspensions and injuries from one of the games earlier in the week, the Ice Bears were playing with only 12 skaters. Kristian Stead kept the Rail Yard Dawgs off the board with 22 saves. Knoxville benefited with goals from Bailey Conger, Jagger Williamson, and Matt O’Shaughnessy. The Knoxville Ice Bears defeated the visiting Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs 3-0.
